Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Review product labels for regulatory compliance
• Complete accurate test reports in Microsoft Word
• Interface with customer service and technical teams
• Support lab operations with administrative tasks
• Compare reports against client SOPs to confirm validity
• Translate technical information into clear, structured documents
• Compile and maintain documentation in accordance with accreditation procedures
• Assist in job tracking and file management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, scientific writing, or a related scientific field preferred
• Experience in a laboratory or technical writing role
• Familiarity with SOPs
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with SharePoint or document management systems
• Ability to manage multiple project deadlines
