Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Preparation and processing of samples from clinical trials
• Immunomonitoring using epigenetic qPCR markers
• Bisulfite conversion and purification of DNA samples
• Performance of qPCR analyses and quality control of data
• Handling of pipetting robots
• Laboratory organization, equipment maintenance, and order management

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a biology laboratory technician or technical assistant
• Knowledge of molecular biology methods and cell biology
• Experience handling clinical trial samples
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• High level of quality awareness and ISO-compliant working methods
• German language skills (at least B1 level)
• Effective communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience with practical workflows in GCP laboratories
