Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute experimental work for immunoassay development, qualification, validation, and clinical sample testing
• Maintain laboratory space, including preparation of media, chemicals, and reagents
• Conduct assay sample analysis and maintain accurate batch records
• Deliver high-quality data within defined timelines to support clinical trials
• Identify and resolve quality issues and report them to the scientific lead
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
• Assist with equipment maintenance and maintain up-to-date training records

Requirements

• BSc/MSc degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences
• Proven experience working in a laboratory environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GraphPad Prism
• Strong written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated level of independence and strong work ethics

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of working in regulated environments such as GCP or ISO standards
• Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
