About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute experimental work for immunoassay development, qualification, validation, and clinical sample testing
  • Maintain laboratory space, including preparation of media, chemicals, and reagents
  • Maintain accurate batch records and assist with equipment maintenance
  • Conduct assay sample analysis and deliver high-quality data within defined timelines
  • Identify and resolve quality issues, reporting them to the scientific lead
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
  • Author bioanalytical plans/reports and draft or review SOPs as required

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences
  • Proven experience working in a laboratory environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GraphPad Prism
  • Strong written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Oxford, England

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of working in regulated environments such as GCP or ISO standards
  • Experience working with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
