Laboratory Technician II

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment readiness and regulatory compliance
• Assist in interpreting calibration records for customer audits
• Lead resolution of Out-of-Tolerance events
• Prepare protocols for equipment validation and requalification
• Prepare impact assessment reports for equipment events
• Coordinate outside calibration testing
• Work with management on equipment qualification or retirement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a science-related field
• 3+ years of experience in a regulated commercial lab environment
• Advanced knowledge of calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for instruments like GC, HPLC, UV, and FTIR
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in word processing and database software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
