Laboratory Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on incoming samples accurately and efficiently to meet turnaround time goals
• Register incoming samples and maintain precise daily records of all work performed
• Enter sample data into the eLIMS system in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow all management system requirements, including SOPs, Quality Manuals, and local work instructions to ensure regulatory compliance
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Identify non-conformances, out-of-specifications, and process difficulties, reporting them with proposed solutions to supervisors
• Verify results and submit them to appropriate personnel for transmission

Requirements

• High School Diploma and at least 1 year of laboratory experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• BS Degree in Microbiology, Food Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
