Laboratory Technician I Quality Control

Responsibilities

• Execute chemical and physicochemical analyses following established analytical methods
• Perform verifications and calibrations of measurement equipment
• Interpret and validate analytical results, identifying any deviations
• Maintain and update SAP and myLIMS systems
• Ensure proper retention and storage of samples
• Prepare solutions and reagents according to established procedures
• Apply and promote Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5'S methodology
• Communicate analytical results promptly to relevant departments
• Participate in site training and precision studies

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in chemical/industrial laboratory or quality control activities
• Knowledge of analytical techniques and laboratory methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Intermediate English skills for interpreting technical documents
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5'S methodology
• Availability to work in plant shifts
