About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement scientific projects and conduct experiments related to molecular mechanisms of skin aging
- Perform specific analyses in the field of dermatology
- Execute routine tasks in medical, biological, or chemical sciences
- Conduct identifications, assays, titrations, and syntheses
- Write reports and contribute to experimental programs
- Install and use laboratory equipment and prepare reagents and solutions
Requirements
- CFC as a laboratory technician
- Experience in research or routine laboratory settings
- Knowledge of cell biology and molecular biology (PCR, FACS, Western blot)
- Knowledge of histopathology and immunohistochemistry
- Experience with keratinocyte culture and human or murine skin samples
- Proficiency in IT tools
- French proficiency (C1 level) and good command of English
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate or expertise in animal experimentation
- Knowledge of HUG software
