About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using established methods.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications and manage hold/release decisions.
  • Analyze test results, investigate deviations, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records in systems such as SAP and adhere to GMP standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and support continuous improvement and audit initiatives.
  • Collaborate with production teams and communicate effectively across different shifts and departments.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a quality-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or a Bachelor’s degree in a science field.
  • College-level coursework in chemistry.
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Familiarity with relevant ISO standards and auditing processes.
