About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using established methods.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet specifications and manage hold/release decisions.
- Analyze test results, investigate deviations, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records in systems such as SAP and adhere to GMP standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and support continuous improvement and audit initiatives.
- Collaborate with production teams and communicate effectively across different shifts and departments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a quality-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or a Bachelor’s degree in a science field.
- College-level coursework in chemistry.
- Experience using SAP.
- Familiarity with relevant ISO standards and auditing processes.
