Laboratory Technician - Food

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing on a diverse range of finished food products and ingredients using documented methodologies
• Conduct daily quality control checks and equipment calibrations
• Support sample receipt operations and maintain an organized workstation
• Follow all site Quality Management systems and Health and Safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing and processes

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read, understand, and implement complex instructions accurately
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• Excellent time management skills
