Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Retrieve samples from Sample Control for analysis
• Perform sample preparation including aliquoting, spiking, reagent preparation, and liquid rack set up
• Resolve discrepancies and anomalies to ensure proper sample labeling
• Prepare laboratory paperwork, including recording analysis results and maintaining logbooks
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness by washing glassware and cleaning work areas
• Stock laboratory supplies and assist other laboratory areas as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High school Chemistry coursework
• Basic laboratory experience
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction
