Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare material and tooling for concrete testing, including mold assembly
• Manage concrete specimen demolding, curing (water baths, fog rooms), and preparation
• Perform autonomous standardized and non-standard mechanical tests (compression, flexion, splitting, etc.)
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to interpret test results
• Maintain laboratory equipment, including cleaning, oiling, and storing molds and presses
• Manage laboratory logistics, including storage, receiving, and shipping parcels

Requirements

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and MS Teams
• Ability to critically analyze analysis results
• Capacity to write clear and precise technical reports
• Ability to handle various loads and products following QHSE regulations
• Knowledge of laboratory best practices and equipment usage
• Availability for occasional travel within France for training or events

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in concrete characterization or mechanical testing
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
