Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples before testing
• Perform laboratory tests on aggregates, concrete, and asphalt
• Calculate, compile, and analyze test results
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Ensure maintenance and organization of workstations and laboratory areas
• Apply health and safety policies in the laboratory
• Ensure quality control and compliance of tests
• Respect internal procedures and deadlines

Requirements

• DEC or AEC in civil engineering or a related field
• Experience in construction materials laboratory (Asset)
• Knowledge of testing on concrete, soil, and asphalt (Asset)
• Basic proficiency with computer tools
• Team spirit and exemplary rigor
