Laboratory Technician - Analytical Support

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain stock solutions, buffers, and reagents according to established SOPs
• Perform analytical sample preparation and basic characterization of drug products
• Execute routine assay requests using techniques such as U/HPLC, CE, spectroscopy, CD, FTIR, ELISA, or MS
• Manage laboratory chemical inventory and coordinate with supply chain to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Monitor equipment status and perform routine instrument calibration and qualification activities
• Document all experimental activities and data in electronic laboratory notebooks and management systems
• Maintain laboratory organization and cleanliness to ensure a GLP-ready environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or academic research laboratory setting
• Hands-on experience with analytical sample preparation and handling
• Knowledge of basic analytical techniques used for product characterization
• Proficiency with electronic laboratory notebooks and data management systems
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs precisely
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant scientific field
• Experience in drug product development or working in GLP-compliant environments
• Familiarity with characterization instruments including DLS, DSF, or Mass Spectrometry
• Knowledge of monoclonal antibodies, therapeutic proteins, or small molecule API
