About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis on food and environmental samples in accordance with documented methodology
- Prepare, plate, pour, and incubate samples using aseptic methods
- Conduct daily quality control checks and equipment calibrations
- Maintain accurate records and follow all site Quality Management systems
- Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and protocols
- Ensure workstations remain clean, tidy, and organized
Requirements
- Experience working in a high-throughput environment
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
