Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on food and environmental samples in accordance with documented methodology
• Prepare, plate, pour, and incubate samples using aseptic methods
• Conduct daily quality control checks and equipment calibrations
• Maintain accurate records and follow all site Quality Management systems
• Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and protocols
• Ensure workstations remain clean, tidy, and organized

Requirements

• Experience working in a high-throughput environment
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
