Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing on finished food products and ingredients using documented methods
• Follow all processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Carry out routine quality control checks and basic equipment calibrations
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation at all times
• Comply with all site Quality Management Systems and Health & Safety procedures
• Accurately record test results and associated documentation
• Support the sample receipt department as required, particularly at weekends

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read, understand, and accurately follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
