Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis on finished food products and ingredients in accordance with documented methodology
• Follow all processes and procedures to maximize role efficiency
• Conduct daily quality control checks and equipment calibrations
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation
• Conform to all site Quality Management systems and Health and Safety protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed records

Requirements

• Ability to read, understand, and implement instructions accurately
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• Strong time management skills
• Previous laboratory experience is advantageous but not essential
