About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform chemical and physical testing of oil, fuel, and coolant samples
- Apply a range of analytical tests using specialised laboratory instruments
- Accurately record sample and testing data into the LIMS system
- Ensure all work is completed in line with Quality Work Instructions and QA/QC requirements
- Maintain compliance with laboratory safety policies
- Support the team to deliver quality results within agreed turnaround times
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an oils laboratory or production-based industry (desirable)
- Tertiary or Polytechnic qualification or accredited laboratory training (completed or currently studying)
- Strong computer literacy
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
