Responsibilities
- Manage technical contact with clients, ensuring order follow-up and result clarification
- Coordinate with internal areas such as quality, billing, operations, and logistics
- Control and validate billing processes associated with laboratory analyses
- Monitor, analyze, and report operational indicators
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support transversal laboratory activities
Requirements
- Degree or Master's in Biology or similar field
- Knowledge of Molecular Biology and laboratory methods
- Understanding of quality control and ISO 17025 standards
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in technical-laboratory environments with client contact is valued
