About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform bromatological, NIR, quality, and mineral analyses following standardized procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (ISO/IEC 17025) and internal policies.
- Prepare samples and execute analytical tests with high precision and efficiency.
- Verify results using statistical controls and operate laboratory instrumental equipment.
- Participate in the validation of new methodologies, analytical projects, and internal/external audits.
- Support the training of new personnel and maintain strict standards of safety, environmental compliance, and professional ethics.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Agro-industry, Livestock, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of laboratory analysis and the handling of instrumental equipment.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in laboratory processes and equipment operation.
