Laboratory Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Support raw material evaluations and investigation studies through hands-on laboratory tasks
• Prepare buffers, media, and other laboratory solutions
• Perform general lab support activities, including BSC cleaning and bioreactor assembly
• Complete and review laboratory documentation and logbook entries accurately
• Enter data into quality and compliance systems to support regulatory standards
• Follow all GMP and regulatory requirements to maintain inspection readiness

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Associate's Degree preferred)
• Proven laboratory operations experience
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Availability for full-time, first-shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• cGMP experience
• Ability to drive scientific or business-related improvement ideas
