Laboratory Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Work with production personnel to provide quality assurance and ensure HACCP standards are maintained
• Coordinate and lead quality improvement projects and analyze micro, packaging, and analytical results
• Participate in the calibration program for control equipment and ensure SOPs are followed across all departments
• Audit technician performance on routine product testing to ensure compliance with specifications
• Manage sample collection, equipment calibration, and blocked beer protocols
• Perform administrative tasks and bill payment for lab services using the SAP system
• Comply with all environmental, health, and safety policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Biochemistry
• 2-3 years of experience in a quality function within the Food & Beverage industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong skills in data collection and analysis to facilitate problem-solving
• Knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) preferred
• Well-organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
