Laboratory Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate laboratory quality, operational activities, training, logistics, and equipment maintenance
• Monitor quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy of examination results
• Maintain operational policies, procedures, and safety improvement programs
• Evaluate and report on services provided by third-party suppliers and reference laboratories
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of examination results to all relevant departments
• Organize and retrieve examination result data
• Provide guidance, orientation, and performance evaluations for laboratory staff
• Collect and analyze data to support hospital-wide indicators and department targets

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related major
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in hospital or clinic laboratory services
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and quality control procedures
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives
