Laboratory Quality Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative analysis of samples and routine laboratory support functions
• Collect samples, prepare media, reagents, and standard solutions
• Manage glassware cleaning, stocking, and distribution of supplies
• Record data, perform calculations, and report results in compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping to minimize contamination and safety hazards
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety/health requirements
• Assist higher-level technical personnel with advanced instrumentation and procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• 0 to 1 years of laboratory experience
• Basic mathematical and computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
• Ability to organize, evaluate, and interpret data against specifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work overtime if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a closely related discipline
