Laboratory Project Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with study initiation activities, including documentation, coordination, and readiness tracking
• Coordinate day-to-day laboratory project activities to ensure delivery of timelines, milestones, and client expectations
• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear and timely communications throughout the study lifecycle
• Monitor project status, identify risks or blockers, and escalate issues with proposed mitigation actions
• Manage multiple priorities across pharma accounts, balancing urgency and accuracy under pressure
• Maintain organized project records and ensure adherence to quality standards and study requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 1 year of experience supporting clinical trial or laboratory operations projects
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, and project tracking tools
• Proficiency in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
