Laboratory Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute production within a semiconductor laboratory and cleanroom environment
• Focus on the fabrication of infrared materials for sensing technology
• Follow ISO-controlled process procedures and maintain a safety-first routine
• Use computers to access work instructions, perform data entry, and make technical calculations
• Collaborate with process engineering to resolve production issues and participate in workflow discussions
• Handle fragile materials and potentially hazardous process chemicals using required personal protective equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience with manual and semi-automated processing equipment
• Minimum 2 years of Wafer Semi-Conductor Fabrication experience
• US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• More than 2 years of production experience in cleanroom fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing
• Experience in DBH Bonding, Thin Films Deposition, Photolithography, or Wet Etch
• Experience with safe handling of process chemicals such as acids and solvents
• Experience with metrology equipment, measurement systems, and visual inspections
• Experience with statistical Process Control (SPC)
