Responsibilities

• Lead the laboratory team to ensure all testing and experimental tasks are completed on schedule
• Manage laboratory operations including sample collection, analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contract requirements
• Oversee daily monitoring, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Manage and monitor laboratory budgets and expenditures
• Collaborate with business, operations, and delivery departments to handle performance issues or non-conformities
• Ensure employee safety and implement group safety policies and QHSE procedures
• Optimize operational processes and support team skill development

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in analytical and characterization methods
• Familiarity with process engineering and process safety management
• Ability to use digital solutions
• Knowledge of quality procedures and standards
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Fluency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and basic English proficiency
• Strong stakeholder coordination and team management skills
