Laboratory Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage laboratory work and technical operations
• Interpret and implement regulations such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025, EA guides, and ILAC
• Develop and implement calibration procedures and methods
• Ensure technical validity of results, including uncertainty evaluation and traceability
• Supervise and train technical personnel
• Provide commercial management and technical advice to clients

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training in Industrial Chemistry, Quality Control Laboratory, or Industrial Maintenance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in metrology, calibration, or technical laboratories
• Experience coordinating teams and managing technical projects
• High level of English proficiency for technical documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Driver's license and availability to travel within the Northern Zone

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in gas laboratories, instrumentation, or metrology
• Knowledge of UNE-EN ISO 6145-7 and CEM QU-012
• Expertise in uncertainty calculations and method validation
