Laboratory Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams in charge of transmission, hydraulic, and chassis systems
• Define and monitor developments to guarantee performance, quality, cost, and deadline objectives
• Supervise validation, testing, and reliability improvement activities
• Coordinate interfaces with design, simulation, purchasing, and supplier teams
• Oversee production, assembly, and quality activities
• Manage department planning, operational needs, and budget
• Support teams in continuous improvement and performance processes

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience in motorsport or high-requirement industrial environments
• Solid expertise in transmission, suspension, steering, braking, and hydraulic systems
• Recognized experience in technical team management and project management
• Professional English proficiency (minimum C1 level)
• Strong leadership, organization, and ability to work in international environments
