Laboratory Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute complex defined test plans and evaluate sample performance to ensure accurate results
• Record, explain, and complete detailed test reports
• Serve as Project Lead for assigned test programs, managing deadlines and project activities
• Operate, maintain, and perform complex calibration on laboratory test equipment
• Build or adapt simple test setups and equipment based on engineering instructions
• Communicate project status and technical results to customers and management
• Implement continuous improvement concepts for laboratory processes and equipment

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering (or a related field) or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality
• Experience with testing, calibration, and laboratory equipment maintenance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers
• Ability to analyze special testing needs and incorporate automation into daily testing
