Laboratory Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute complex defined test plans and datasheets to evaluate sample performance and operation.
• Record, explain, and complete detailed test reports.
• Serve as Project Lead for assigned test programs, managing deadlines and project activities.
• Communicate project status and technical results to customers and management.
• Operate, maintain, and perform complex calibration on designated laboratory test equipment.
• Build or adapt simple test setups and equipment based on engineering instructions.
• Integrate continuous improvement concepts to enhance laboratory processes and equipment efficiency.

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering (or a related field) or equivalent professional work experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
• Strong analytical testing skills and the ability to analyze special testing needs.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and technical staff.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing processes.
