Laboratory Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute complex defined test plans and datasheets to evaluate sample performance and operation.
• Record, explain, and complete detailed test reports.
• Serve as Project Lead for assigned test programs, managing deadlines and project activities.
• Communicate project status and results to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Operate, maintain, and perform complex calibration on designated laboratory test equipment.
• Direct and build simple test setups and equipment based on engineering instructions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in laboratory processes and equipment.

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering (or a related field) or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
• Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering and laboratory personnel to meet deadlines.
