Laboratory Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute complex test plans and evaluate sample performance to ensure product safety and compliance
• Record, explain, and complete detailed test reports
• Serve as Project Lead for assigned test programs, managing deadlines and project activities
• Operate, maintain, and perform complex calibration on laboratory test equipment
• Direct and adapt test setups based on engineering instructions and test plans
• Communicate project status and technical results to management, technical staff, and customers
• Suggest improvements for new equipment, processes, and forms to increase accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering (or a related field) or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing processes
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze special testing needs
• Proven project management ability with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and technical teams
