Laboratory Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform RF and EMC testing, certification, and regulatory approval projects for commercial and industrial products
• Support project execution to ensure testing and certification activities are completed accurately and on schedule
• Provide technical support and test solutions to customers and internal teams regarding RF, wireless, and EMC-related technologies
• Maintain and improve test report templates, test procedures, and laboratory processes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including test automation and workflow optimization
• Evaluate test performance and sample operation to properly evaluate test results
• Operate and maintain complex test equipment and perform maintenance on designated laboratory areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in RF, EMC, or wireless testing and certification
• Familiarity with EMC principles and RF testing methodologies
• Knowledge of international standards for IoT, commercial, and industrial products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, BLE, and Wi-Fi
• Experience working in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory environment
• Knowledge of test automation, scripting, or programming languages like Python, VBA, or PowerShell
• Experience applying AI tools to improve engineering efficiency or data analysis
