Laboratory Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set up test and inspection facilities
• Create testing instructions and documentation
• Plan and execute radio and EMC testing according to national and international standards
• Evaluate and document measurement data
• Prepare test reports using standard templates
• Perform quality management control tasks and inspections

Requirements

• University degree in engineering (focus on RF or communications technology) or equivalent professional experience
• Completed technical vocational training or technician certification
• Knowledge of measurement technology and general electrical engineering
• Familiarity with common EMC/Radio standards and approval processes (e.g., RED, FCC)
• Proficiency in German; basic English skills are a plus
• Ability to work structured, independently, and with flexibility regarding shift times

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial experience in the testing and certification sector
• Specific knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
