Laboratory Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute complex test plans and datasheets to evaluate sample performance and operation
• Record, explain, and complete detailed test reports
• Serve as Project Lead for assigned test programs, managing deadlines and project activities
• Communicate project status and results to customers and internal stakeholders
• Operate, maintain, and perform complex calibration on specialized laboratory equipment
• Direct and adapt test setups and equipment based on engineering instructions
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in laboratory processes and equipment efficiency

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional work experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and customer service
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate special testing needs and complex customer samples
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and technical staff
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing processes
