Laboratory Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter samples into the laboratory for analysis
• Perform inspection of plugs and magnetic grids
• Conduct filtergraphy and ferrography analyses
• Perform coolant analyses
• Prepare reports for required analyses
• Supply necessary reagents and materials for analysis
• Wash materials required for analysis
• Coordinate the disposal of samples and laboratory waste
• Support auxiliary laboratory tasks
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate assigned laboratory instruments
• Review and coordinate orders for stock replenishment based on workload

Requirements

• Bachelor's or technician degree in Chemistry, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ISO 9001, and ISO/IEC 17025
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (desirable)
• Availability to work on a 14x7 shift regime
• Resident of Huancayo or Lima
