Laboratory Assistant

Responsibilities

• Weighing and manufacturing bar recipes
• Documenting experimental trials
• Maintaining testing equipment and laboratory devices
• Ensuring laboratory cleanliness and instrument functionality
• Organizing and documenting product tastings within the team
• Adhering to all applicable regulations and safety measures

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as CTA, PTA, Chef, Baker, Confectioner, or comparable
• Ideally initial practical experience in the field
• Ability to work in a team with good communication skills
• Motivated, reliable, and structured working style
• Basic IT skills for daily laboratory operations
• High awareness of laboratory and occupational safety
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing requirements
