Laboratory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses using predetermined techniques to meet service requirements
• Comply with safety standards, control standards, organizational policies, and environmental regulations
• Participate in the update or development of new methodologies, including method execution, result recording, and data processing
• Operate, facilitate, and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
• Notify management regarding equipment malfunctions or replenishment needs
• Optimize laboratory processes

Requirements

• Technical or university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• Recommended 1 year of experience in similar functions
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of analytical methods
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment usage, safety procedures, and sample traceability
• Experience in the implementation and validation of assays
