Laboratory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute chemical, physical, and instrumental analyses according to company procedures
• Validate testing methods following laboratory quality assurance guidelines
• Validate and report laboratory analysis results considering QA/QC internal controls
• Ensure proper management, efficiency, and calibration of assigned laboratory equipment
• Request necessary work elements and consumables to ensure normal laboratory operations
• Report non-conforming products, complaints, or claims to immediate supervisor and participate in corrective actions

Requirements

• Academic background in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical fields
• Preferably six months of experience in laboratory analysis or quality control
• Technical knowledge of laboratory processes and NTC-ISO/IEC 17025 standards
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PPT)
