About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory analyses on various products following technical methodologies and standards
- Prepare, standardize, and control solutions and reagents used in laboratory activities
- Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment standards using appropriate PPE and collective protection equipment
- Execute quality control tests, monitoring control charts and verifying equipment calibration
- Control laboratory materials and supplies, requesting replenishment as needed
- Operate Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for sample entry, result validation, and report issuance
- Contribute to the organization and continuous improvement of laboratory processes
Requirements
- Complete Technical degree in Chemistry or related fields
- Active registration with the competent professional council (CRQ or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in laboratory activities
- Knowledge of chemical analysis routines
- Valid driver's license (CNH)
