Laboratory Analyst - Microbiology

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological analyses on food, fishmeal, oils, and fats samples using predetermined techniques.
• Control and trace all designated analysis processes according to technical requirements.
• Protect the integrity of test items by ensuring traceability and maintaining clear, orderly, and honest records.
• Monitor critical analysis points through quality control of methods and techniques.
• Register all completed analyses and enter data and results into the system, ensuring sample consistency with results.

Requirements

• Degree and professional license in Microbiology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing microbiological testing.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
