Laboratory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform sample preparation following established analytical procedures to ensure traceability and integrity
• Execute liquid chromatography analyses and ensure proper equipment functioning
• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methodologies using HPLC in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Apply analytical methods for determining content in working solutions with precision and accuracy
• Critically evaluate analytical results to identify deviations, trends, or inconsistencies and propose corrective actions
• Prepare and review technical reports, analysis records, and related laboratory documentation
• Operate in strict compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP/BPL) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain laboratory organization, cleanliness, and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related fields
• Proven practical experience with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
• Experience with Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS)
• Experience with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)
• Strong knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP/BPL) and regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying validation guides such as SANTE/2020/12830, SANCO/3030/99, or ABNT 14029
