About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological and chemical testing on food products to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
- Follow all quality and safety guidelines within a fast-paced laboratory environment
- Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy in testing results
- Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and laboratory objectives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods during a workday
- Willingness to work a 4 day/10 hour work schedule
- Availability to work weekend rotations
- Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Life Science degree
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting or the food industry
