Laboratory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological and chemical testing on food products to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Follow all quality and safety guidelines within a fast-paced laboratory environment
• Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy in testing results
• Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and laboratory objectives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods during a workday
• Willingness to work a 4 day/10 hour work schedule
• Availability to work weekend rotations
• Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Life Science degree
• Previous experience in a laboratory setting or the food industry
