Laborant

Responsibilities

• Perform routine instrumental analyses, specifically using HPLC and/or ICP, to ensure product quality and safety.
• Assess measurement results, identify deviations, and ensure all data is accurately recorded in laboratory systems.
• Operate according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality/safety guidelines such as GMP and ISO17025.
• Manage daily laboratory equipment maintenance, including cleaning, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to laboratory improvements regarding safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new colleagues or interns.

Requirements

• MBO or HBO laboratory degree (e.g., MLO or HLO in chemistry or biology).
• Practical experience with instrumental analysis techniques and laboratory equipment, such as HPLC or ICP.
• Knowledge of working within a GMP or ISO17025 environment.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• A proactive, quality-oriented mindset with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
