Labor Relations Sr Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized labor relations guidance to business leaders, HRBPs, and operational teams regarding labor, disciplinary, and union-related matters.
• Coordinate and conduct workplace investigations arising from employee complaints, regulatory non-compliance, or potential policy violations.
• Manage critical labor processes including disciplinary actions, administrative records, labor agreements, and organizational restructures.
• Support the management of relationships with labor unions and employee representatives by following up on collective bargaining agreements and joint committees.
• Implement labor compliance initiatives and audits to identify risks and propose preventive actions.
• Monitor labor law reforms and regulatory developments to assess their impact on business operations and ensure legal compliance.

Requirements

• Experience with labor law reforms and regulatory authority requirements.
• Experience with labor risk management.
• Experience working with unionized organizations.
• Ability to manage workplace investigations and document findings for corrective actions.
