Labor Relations & HR Administration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation and development of HR systems including recruitment, performance, training, and talent development
• Support the analysis and reporting of HR budget studies
• Manage human resources processes such as performance appraisal systems, talent management, and reward systems
• Identify, plan, organize, and report training needs
• Conduct research, training, presentations, and communication activities regarding human resources issues
• Maintain organizational charts, job descriptions, and all related HR documentation

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Labor Economics, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Statistics
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources Management
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Turkish
• Advanced computer skills, specifically with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills
• Residing in or able to reside in the Sakarya or Kocaeli provinces
• Male candidates must have completed their military service
