About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on personnel termination processes in compliance with current labor regulations
- Support negotiations and follow-up with union representatives
- Participate in internal investigations regarding labor complaints and conflicts
- Prepare and manage administrative records and labor sanctions
- Manage and administer legal and labor documentation for employees
- Support the application and monitoring of Collective Bargaining Agreements and Internal Work Regulations
- Maintain updated databases and administrative information for collaborators
- Generate reports and administrative controls related to labor relations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with labor and administrative processes
- Utilize ERP systems and Excel for data analysis, control, and tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar areas
- Strong knowledge of Federal Labor Law and labor relations processes
- Experience in personnel terminations, labor conflict management, and union negotiations
- Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements and Internal Work Regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for information control and analysis
- Excellent writing, spelling, and administrative information management skills
- High analytical capacity and attention to detail
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
