Labor Planning Associate

Responsibilities

• Validate labor plans and improve overall accuracy alongside the Planning team
• Support labor management functions by driving enhancements in headcount planning, attrition curves, scheduling, and cohort balancing
• Track progress and deviations from plans, assisting with problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Serve as a technical liaison between Planning and Data/Engineering teams to translate business requirements and improve tools
• Own short-term labor planning to ensure operational sites are optimized for cost and staffing needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/Supply Chain
• Experience in roles requiring operational efficiency and data-driven stakeholder influence
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel for deep-dive analysis
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Google App Scripts
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms
• Background in a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment
• Experience using project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting models (exponential smoothing, variance, MAPE/RMSE)
• Ability to use AI tools (like Gemini) for unstructured data analysis and workflow automation
