Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a strategic public sector engagement in Saudi Arabia
- Develop, review, and support labor market strategies and employment policies
- Drive workforce development initiatives and public sector transformation projects
- Manage high-level relationships with senior government stakeholders and ministerial leadership
- Provide expert policy analysis and strategic guidance for large-scale engagements
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in labor market policies, employment strategies, or workforce development
- Deep knowledge of labor market policies and strategies within Saudi Arabia and internationally
- Proven experience engaging with senior government officials and executive leadership
- Strong strategic thinking, policy analysis, and communication skills
- Immediate availability for an onsite assignment in Saudi Arabia
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international frameworks such as the ILO, World Bank, or UN
- Previous experience in public sector advisory or supporting government entities
- Extensive experience working within the GCC region
